Tell Figaro important things so it remembers:

Remember that Emma is allergic to peanuts
Remember our pediatrician is Dr. Smith at 555-1234
Remember Jake's teacher is Mrs. Johnson
Remember picture day is always the first Tuesday of the month

Set up a daily briefing to start your day informed:

Send me a briefing every morning at 6:30am

Your briefing includes:

  • Weather for the day
  • Today’s calendar events
  • Any reminders due today
  • Your active lists

6:30am — Briefing arrives: “45°, rainy. Emma has soccer practice at 4pm. Reminder: picture day today.”

7:15am — You text: Remind me at 3:30pm to pick up Emma for soccer

9:00am — You text: Add snacks for soccer to groceries

11:30am — You text: What's on my grocery list? (checking before you run errands)

3:30pm — Reminder arrives: “Pick up Emma for soccer”

8:00pm — You text: Remind me tomorrow at 8am to email Mrs. Johnson about the field trip

Instead of texting multiple times:

Add goldfish crackers, juice boxes, string cheese, apple slices, and granola bars to snacks

Get things out of your head immediately:

Remind me next week to schedule the kids' flu shots

Birthday parties, sports seasons, school years:

Create a list for back-to-school shopping
Remember that soccer carpool is with the Johnsons this month
