Managing Your Subscription

Full control over your subscription. Change or cancel anytime.

Upgrade Your Plan

Via Dashboard

  1. Go to app.textfigaro.com
  2. Navigate to Settings → Subscription
  3. Click Upgrade
  4. Choose your new plan
  5. Enter payment info

Your upgrade takes effect immediately. You’ll be charged the prorated difference for the current billing period.

Via Text

Figaro will send you a link to complete the upgrade.

Downgrade Your Plan

  1. Go to app.textfigaro.com
  2. Navigate to Settings → Subscription
  3. Click Change Plan
  4. Select a lower plan

Your downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current plan until then.

Cancel Subscription

  1. Go to app.textfigaro.com
  2. Navigate to Settings → Subscription
  3. Click Cancel Subscription
  4. Confirm

What happens when you cancel:

  • You keep access until the end of your billing period
  • You revert to the Free plan after that
  • Your data is preserved (unless you delete it)
  • You can resubscribe anytime

No tricks:

  • No “are you sure?” guilt trips
  • No hidden retention offers
  • No making it hard to find
  • Just a button that works

Billing

Monthly, on the same day you first subscribed.

What payment methods are accepted?

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • More options coming soon

How do I update my payment method?

Go to Settings → Subscription → Payment Method

Can I get a receipt?

Yes. Receipts are emailed automatically after each charge. You can also download past receipts from Settings.

Refunds

If you’re not happy, let us know within 30 days of a charge and we’ll refund it. No questions asked.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Annual billing coming soon! When it’s available, you’ll be able to switch.

What if my card is declined?

We’ll retry a few times and notify you. Update your payment method to avoid interruption.

Can I pause instead of cancel?

Not currently, but you can cancel and resubscribe later — your data is preserved.

Will my data be deleted if I cancel?

No. Your data stays until you explicitly delete it. You can continue to access the dashboard on the Free plan.
